The plant-based research team focuses on researching cereals, nuts, beans and other ingredients with Chinese characteristics, has achieved a number of technological results and realized their industrialization, bringing diversified consumption choices and healthy experiences to more consumers.

Relying on independently developed enzymatic hydrolysis, deslagging and concentration technologies, the company took the lead in launching frozen oat puree on the market, providing more natural and high-quality raw materials for the development of the oat milk industry. At present, the annual production capacity of oat puree has reached 30,000 tons. With the gradual completion of the 40,000-ton annual oat puree production line project, the company’s supply capacity of high-quality plant-based raw materials will be greatly enhanced.

Coffee Business

Suzhou Golden Cat Coffee Co., Ltd., funded by Jiahe with 150 million RMB, is committed to the R&D, production and sales of coffee products covering the entire coffee industry chain. The factory covers an area of about 35,000 square meters and is equipped with 8 imported German Probat coffee roasters. Among them, the Neptune 3000 roaster can roast 600 kg of coffee beans per batch and record 999 professional coffee roasting curves to meet the personalized needs of different customers.

In 2017, the independently developed standardized demonstration production line for cold brew coffee was put into operation, with an annual capacity of 6,000 tons.

In 2019, the factory obtained UTZ certification, HALAL certification and FSSC22000 certification.

In 2020, the factory obtained Rainforest Alliance Certification and built a new UHT aseptic production line with an annual capacity of 40,000 tons.

In 2021, construction started on the 60-ton annual freeze-dried coffee project.

In 2022, Golden Cat was awarded the title of "National High-Tech Enterprise".

In 2023, Golden Cat Coffee was rated as "One of the First Provincial Star-level Cloud-Connected Enterprises in 2023".

Powdered Oil Business

Powdered oil is the core business of the company. Powdered oil products are recognized as "Specialized, Sophisticated, Unique and New Products" in Jiangsu Province and have obtained the "Jiangsu High Quality" certification. The company has established R&D platforms including the International Joint Innovation Center for Healthy Powdered Oil and the Suzhou Engineering Technology Research Center for Functional Powdered Oil. The project Key Technologies for Upgraded Manufacturing of Special Oils for the Food Industry and Industrialization, represented by powdered oil products, won the Second Prize of the 2020 National Science and Technology Progress Award.

After more than 20 years of development, the company has built 2 powdered oil production bases in Suzhou and Nantong, with 12 spray-drying production lines and an annual production capacity of 250,000 tons, making it a leading manufacturer of non-dairy creamer and powdered oil in the industry. This business segment has established a strong competitive advantage in the industry.

Jiahe focuses on technological innovation in food ingredients, especially in the field of powdered oil. The company has been granted a number of core invention patents and utility model patents, such as those for medium-chain fatty acid powdered oil. Proactively setting industry standards, the company has participated in the drafting of multiple standards including Non-dairy Creamer, Powdered Oil, and Plant-based Cream, deeply engaged in the specialized oils sector.

Syrup Business

Nantong Jiazhiwei Food Co., Ltd. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Jiahe. Founded in June 2018, it is located in Haimen Economic and Technological Development Zone, Nantong City. The factory covers an area of 116 mu, with a total investment of over 1 billion yuan. Since its establishment, the company has set up the Cereal Health (Nantong) Innovation Center with Jiangsu University of Science and Technology, committed to product R&D and upgrading.

The company is a professional manufacturer of starch syrup and edible syrup, with a daily output of more than 600 tons. Its products fully cover four major series: glucose syrup, maltose syrup, high fructose corn syrup and flavored syrup. Its business scope includes product innovation & R&D, production and technical support, providing high-quality raw materials and one-stop solutions for customers nationwide. The products serve the tea drinks, food industry, restaurants, baking and other fields, making sweetness everywhere.

Innovative Food

Over the years, Jiahe has been deeply engaged in the food ingredients industry, accurately positioning market demands, actively exploring the needs of professional customers, and turning innovative products into industrialization through continuous innovation. We have been developing precise and adaptable standardized products for new-style tea, coffee, bakery, catering and other channels.

Jiahe took the revolutionary lead in applying UHT aseptic filling technology to jelly, pudding, pre-made aseptic soybean pudding and tofu products, providing ready-to-eat jelly, pudding, soybean pudding and tofu products for new-style tea and catering customers. While standardizing store menus, these products save more than 95% of preparation time and greatly reduce the cost of tea toppings and pre-made dishes.

With insight into customers’ differentiated demands, Jiahe has developed 4-times rich milk base products and thick, smooth creamy milk products based on powdered oil (non-dairy creamer).
