SIFST Technical Delegation Visits Jiahe Food for Exchange and Cooperation

Summary: On March 12, Mr. Khaw Min Cheh, President of the Singapore Institute of Food Science and Technology (SIFST), led a technical delegation to visit Jiahe Food. The visit aimed to gain in-depth insights into advanced manufacturing processes, innovative technologies and quality management systems in the food and beverage industry, and build a bridge for industrial learning and future cooperation. Liu Xinren, Executive President of Jiahe Food, Zhang Jianwen, Vice President, Jin Lijuan, General Manager of Golden Cat Coffee, and Xing Zhiqiang, Dean of the Research Institute, attended the event and held in-depth face-to-face exchanges with the delegation.

On March 12, Mr. Khaw Min Cheh, President of the Singapore Institute of Food Science and Technology (SIFST), led a technical delegation to Jiahe Food for an inspection and exchange visit. This visit intended to learn about advanced manufacturing technologies, innovative solutions and quality management systems across the food and beverage sector, and establish a platform for industrial exchange and future collaboration. Liu Xinren, Executive President of Jiahe Food, Zhang Jianwen, Vice President, Jin Lijuan, General Manager of Golden Cat Coffee, and Xing Zhiqiang, Director of the Research Institute, attended the meeting and conducted in-depth one-on-one discussions with the delegates.

During the inspection, the delegation toured the modern production base of Golden Cat Coffee and core areas of Jiahe’s headquarters. They visited frontline production workshops and operation management centers, and learned in detail about the company’s outstanding achievements in technological innovation, product R&D and quality assurance through on-site observation and inquiries.

The delegation consisted of professionals from diverse backgrounds, including food industry practitioners, university researchers and relevant major students. Their multi-perspective insights built an interdisciplinary and multi-level communication platform for both sides, facilitating efficient integration of industrial practical experience and scientific research ideas, and laying broad groundwork for subsequent exchanges and cooperation.

During the event, both sides held two-way discussions on topics including innovative concepts, food safety, nutrition and health. They exchanged insights into global development trends and cutting-edge updates of the international food industry, and actively explored potential cooperation opportunities in technological research and development as well as product innovation.

Delegates tasted Jiahe’s proprietary brands on site, including Golden Cat Coffee and SupOat Oat Milk, experiencing firsthand the product quality, flavor profiles and innovative strength of the company. Many members expressed delight that they had frequently spotted Jiahe’s organic oat milk in local supermarkets across Singapore. Its stable quality and smooth taste had left a deep impression on them. They looked forward to seeing more Jiahe product series launched in Singapore in the future, enabling local consumers to conveniently experience premium food products from China.
